Rethink Topeka, a one-day art event will take place Saturday, April 17, 2010, downtown to
display the juried and chosen multimedia pieces entered in the event. www.rethinktopeka.com

The Midwest League of Schools Art Day will be held in Alma at the Wabunsee High School.
The Art Day will be on March 3, 2010. Artists will need to give 1 hour long workshops to 18-20

Secretary of State Building- Members have the opportunity to show at the Secretary of State
administration offices downtown. (120 SW 10th) This will be an ongoing exhibit that will be
rotated every 4 months. The size of the framed artwork should be approximately 20” x 28” or
smaller. This is preferred due to wall space. They require screw eyes and and wire hanger to
be secure. Sawtooth hangers are not allowed. There will be no commission taken from any
sales. The next rotation will be the end of March 2010. Priority will be given to artists who
enter one of the two next gallery exhibits (Dec/Jan and Feb/March shows). If interested, please

Inspirations at Fairlawn Classic Bean: Nov. Dec. 2010
Call for Painters! So far we have had a positive response from TAG members interested in the Inspirations
Exhibit at the Fairlawn Classic Bean scheduled for November and December of 2010. We are pairing
photographers and painters together. Painters will work together with willing photographers by painting their
interpretation of a TAG members photograph. Photographers who have expressed an interest in sharing their
photography with willing painters for this exhibit are:
