Entry Date: Sunday, March 29 | 2:00–4:00 p.m.
Artwork Pick-Up: May 30 OR if entering the June–July show, artwork may be picked up on Entry Day, June 1
Open to all Kansas artists
All 2D and 3D artwork must:
Have been completed within the last 24 months
Follow the theme “Garden of Art”
Not have been previously shown at the Topeka Art Guild
Be original work by the entry artist
Not have been created in a class or workshop
1st Place: $200
2nd Place: $100
3rd Place: $50
Four Honorable Mention ribbons
$15 for the first piece
$10 for each additional piece (maximum of 3 pieces, space permitting)
Non-members: add $30
Students: $5 per piece (maximum of 3 pieces)
All entry fees are non-refundable
Artwork must be submitted with a completed entry form and entry fees, payable to the Topeka Art Guild
Artwork must be delivered on the entry date unless prior arrangements are made
2D Artwork
Must be properly framed or gallery-wrapped
Must have securely attached hanging wire
3D Artwork
Must not exceed 48” in any direction
Must be pre-assembled and stable without additional support
Artwork that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted, and entry fees will not be refunded.
All artwork must be for sale
The Art Guild retains a 45% commission

While every effort will be made to handle artwork with care, the Topeka Art Guild is not responsible for loss or damage. All individuals involved in the exhibition are held harmless from liability arising from this exhibit.
The Topeka Art Guild reserves the right to reproduce submitted artwork for advertising purposes, including online promotion, newsletters, and newspapers.
