Artist of the Month: April 2023: Connie English

Enjoy the works of Connie English, accomplished fine artist. The first quarter of 2023 has been a great one for Kansas fine artist and accomplished watercolor painter Connie English. She continues to find success at the local, regional, national, and international level, most recently, her work was accepted into the international show in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Acceptance in this juried show is a repeat honor for Connie. In addition, Ms. English's work is on display in her home town, downtown Topeka space for Kansas connected artist Leaping Llamas Artisan Shoppe. Across a career spanning four decades, Connie's work had been displayed in all 50 states generating numerous monetary purchase awards. Her work has been featured on the covers of two national publications; JPN and NASAD Kansas Watercolor Society and the International Show in Minneapolis, Minnesota. English's work hands in the Blumenstein Museum in Taos New Mexico. Connie creates inspiration and motivation to her Christian faith. Without the Lord as her steward, she could not paint these paintings. Connie is also available for private instruction.
